First try of melatonin
Experience was pretty positive. Absolutely no (extra) grogginess this morning and I was able to wake up at 6:30am without too much trouble. I did wake up twice during the evening, but was able to fall back asleep immediately, which isn’t normal for me. It also usually takes me about 30 minutes to fall asleep, and last night I was able to fall asleep in about 5 minutes, which was great. So all in...
Sleeping meds
I wake up an average of 5 times per night. Mostly because I just suck at sleeping and everything wakes me up. Has anyone had any experience with sleeping pills? I bought some Melatonin to try out for tonight. I don’t mind waking up during the eve, but I bet I’d wake up easier in the morning if I didn’t.

I’m with you in principal but I don’t think Village Lantern or Parkside had the same problem - at least not to the same degree - that the Creek has.
